Our products are made using traditional methods, and are natural and unprocessed. We handpick the best quality products from the field. We also want to ensure that the farmers get a fair share for and hence the price is slightly higher, but you are definitely getting what you are paying for. Getting the products from traditional methods nowadays incur huge cost compared to the products from modern ways/technologies.
To place an order, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to our website & your account
2. Select the product you’d like to buy
3. Add products to your cart or just hit ‘Check Out’
4. Choose or ‘Add delivery address’. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order
An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the we ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
Yes, it’s necessary to log into your Rawgranules account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can raise a request to cancel your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your Rawgranules account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Click on “Cancel” against the item you wish to cancel
4. Fill in the details and raise a cancel request
Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email/SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Please note, Cancellation is ONLY possible before the products get dispatched from the warehouse.
Once the cancellation request is submitted from the portal, we will process your request and amount will be refunded back to you after deducting the cancellation fees.

Yes, you can use your Debit/Credit Card/UPI/Wallets or Netbanking to shop on our website.
The ‘Save Card’ option lets you save your credit/debit cards on your Rawgranules account. This helps you complete your transactions in a quick and easy way.

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. But this feature is NOT yet enabled now. Inconvenience regretted.
An item is marked as ‘Out of stock’ when it is not available; you won’t be able to buy it now. Use ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it’s available with sellers for purchase.
Products are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items Honey Jars are safely secured with bubble wrap.
It usually costs us more to ship some items. So, sometimes we choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off if you shop above 1999 INR.
